Any individual or entity placing an order with Angelique Joy through our secure payment platform or by any other approved payment method is deemed a “Customer” and agrees to these terms.

The Program, including digital content, workshops, coaching, and seminars, is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and older. If it comes to our attention that any Customer does not meet this age requirement, their access will be revoked, and they will receive a refund for any applicable services. We reserve the right to remove newsletter subscribers under the age of 18 from our system if this condition is not met.

3. Order and Acceptance

By placing an order through any of Angelique Joy’s websites, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. A Customer’s order will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment, which must be made at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order will be the price posted at the time of order submission.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for any pre-ordered content. Accepted payment methods include credit cards via secure payment processing through Stripe. Card information is encrypted and protected during transmission according to best practices. Responsibility for the security of payment processing lies with Stripe.

6. Digital Delivery and Access

Since this Program is a digital product, it will be accessible online upon successful payment. The Customer is responsible for ensuring they enter the correct email address to receive access information. Access is provided solely to the purchaser and is not transferable.

By purchasing the Program, Customers consent to data collection for order fulfillment and occasional promotional communications. Customers may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the provided link at the end of our emails.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. The Customer is responsible for reviewing the Program details carefully prior to purchase.
